New Chapter Horizons LLC was founded by a registered nurse (RN) with over 30 years of experience, driven by a passion for supporting and educating the community. Recognizing the critical importance of CPR, BLS, and AED skills, we set out to make this training more accessible to businesses and organizations in Dallas. We believe that everyone should have the ability to save a life, and our mobile training program is designed to empower individuals with the knowledge and confidence to act in emergency situations.
